I ran my first 10 miles!!!! I was genuinely deceased and rotted on my couch all of Saturday, but I did it without stopping and I’m so proud of myself. Here were some learned lessons:

• Hard training runs are necessary: why not just throw in a nice hurricane for a little fun

• Carry a soft water bottle: needed some hydration around mile ~5-6

• Buy some tight socks: felt some friction around mile 8

Starting this week, I’ll be releasing only one newsletter per week on Tuesdays. Fear not! Between the Buzz is here to stay. I want to make sure I can still write high quality pieces while embarking on some exciting projects for Between the Buzz and my personal life 🚀🚀🚀
